Are you dreaming of your own place but don't want the hassle of building it yourself? We've got you covered! We build for you on your own land so that you don't have to do it yourself. We handle everything from designing the building plan to the construction work until it's completed.
A cozy bungalow, can be built and completed in 30 - 40 days! Or, if you're aiming higher with a storeyed duplex, we'll build it in 2 months.
If you already have a building plan, we'll bring it to life. If you don't have a plan and you need one? No worries - we can design one for you at a small cost.
Once the plan is sorted, we'll lay out the bill of quantities so you can keep tabs on your budget. You can pay the full amount for the building project upfront, but if that's not possible, we have got flexible payment plans just for you.
You can make a deposit of 70% of the project amount and pay the balance over the next 12 months.
Or you can make a deposit of 50% and pay the balance over the next 3 years.
Or you can make a deposit of 30% and pay the balance over the next 5 years.
The 50% and the 30% plans have an interest rate of 20%.
Do you need help with financing your project? We're not just builders; we're consultants too. We can guide you on how to make those bank deals happen. We have working relationships with major banks in Uganda, but we can also work with a bank of your choice.
